Every machine in the yard, priced and online the same morning

Stock that lives in a spreadsheet, a folder of photos and somebody's memory is stock nobody can sell. Put it in once and it is costed, photographed, specified and live on your own website.

Replaces: a stock spreadsheet, a folder of photos on a phone, and an email to whoever runs your website.

1:18 to watch

How it goes today

  • The only complete list of what you own is in one person's head, and the spreadsheet is a week behind it.
  • What a machine actually cost you, once transport and prep are counted, is worked out again every time somebody asks.
  • A machine can sit in the yard for a fortnight before it appears anywhere a buyer could find it.

What Stalmio does instead

  • Pick the brand and model and the category fills itself in, so you are never guessing which specs matter.
  • What you paid, what you have spent on it and what it is worth, against the machine from day one.
  • It is live on your own website the same morning it came off the low loader.

What is said in the video

The narration, word for word, in case you are somewhere you cannot turn the sound on.

  1. 0:00A machine nobody can see is a machine nobody can buy.
  2. 0:05Six machines in stock, three out on hire, five already listed for sale.
  3. 0:13A digger comes off the low loader. Getting it into the system takes a minute.
  4. 0:18Pick the brand and the model. Stalmio fills in the category itself.
  5. 0:24So it already knows which specs matter. No blank boxes to guess at.
  6. 0:29Year, condition, what you paid, and what you want for it. That is the form.
  7. 0:38And there it is, in the yard, with the money against it from day one.
  8. 0:45Stalmio also keeps you honest. One machine still has no photos.
  9. 0:51Here is one that is ready. Real photos, real specs, priced to sell.
  10. 0:59And it is live on your own website, under your own name. No middleman.
  11. 1:05From the low loader to your shop window, the same morning.

Questions dealers ask

Do I have to type in every specification?
No. Pick the brand and the model and Stalmio works out the category, and the category decides which specs apply. An excavator asks about dig depth and a telehandler does not, so the form only ever shows the fields that matter for that kind of machine.
Can I run more than one yard?
Yes. Every machine belongs to a yard, and the lists, the filters and the totals follow the yard you are working in. If you run several and each needs its own users, permissions and separate figures, that part is on the roadmap rather than in the product, so it is worth raising on a call.
What about attachments and parts?
Attachments live alongside machines, because they are bought, sold and hired the same way. Parts have their own catalogue with stock levels, bin locations and reorder points, since a bucket tooth is not a machine.
