Every machine move is money on wheels
Deliveries, collections and the one that has to be dragged back off a customer site. Most dealers price these by feel and find out afterwards whether the job paid.
Replaces: a whiteboard, a WhatsApp thread with the haulier, and a delivery price picked out of the air.

How it goes today
- The move is quoted from memory while the customer waits on the phone.
- Nobody knows what last month's deliveries actually cost, only what they were charged at.
- Two people ring the same haulier about the same machine.
What Stalmio does instead
- Delivery, collection and who is carrying it, all planned in one place.
- Open a job and the route is drawn for you, with the carrier named and the window set.
- Prices come off your own rate card with your margin on top, so you can quote a move while the customer is still on the phone.

Questions dealers ask
- Do I need a separate transport system?
- No. A transport job sits against the machine, the deal or the hire contract it belongs to, so the collection of an overdue hire is booked from the contract that is overdue rather than typed in again somewhere else.
- Where does the price come from?
- Your own rate card, with your own margin added on top. That is what lets you quote a move while the customer is still on the phone, and what tells you afterwards whether the job paid.
- Can the customer see where their machine is?
- Yes. A job can be shared as a tracking link that needs no login, so the customer can follow the delivery instead of ringing to ask about it.
